Weekend Box Office #185

Kind of underwhelming this week.

ROBIN HOOD (3503 theaters). Apparently it's not much fun and not all that good. Figure a conservative $42.3 million.

LETTERS TO JULIET (2968 theaters). They should have released this for Mother's Day. It might do okay for lack of competition, but I'm not sure what the hook is. $11.2 million.

JUST WRIGHT (1831 theaters). Getting the best reviews of anything opening wide today, though I've seen the trailer and feel like I've seen the movie. $8.6 million.

******

Last weekend, IRON MAN 2 did a solidish $128.1 million.

Blah, all these movies opening this weekend sound like SHIT!! What happened to May being the one month of the year where you were like garanteed some good movies.

Scott, sell one of your spec's quick, we need something good at the Bonney Lake multiplex to watch.

Been working LOTS of hours on the new job. Big $$. Can't wait for next Friday's check :)
